Digital Products

E-books and audiobooks are instant downloads and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once they have been downloaded. There are peek-inside chapter samples and audiobook samples on each product page which you can read and listen to for free before purchasing.

 

Paperbacks

All paperback books are print on demand which means your order enters the processing phase minutes after it is place. Therefore, requests for cancellation must be made immediately but are still not guaranteed. Once an order has begun processing it likely cannot be stopped.

 

Signed Books

Signed books are personalized and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Once a book has been personalized, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

EU & UK Consumer Rights Notice:
In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to print-on-demand items (paperbacks and large print paperbacks) or to digital products (e-book and audiobook) once downloading has begun.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
